Modern architecture that subscribe to what Kenneth Frampton calls “critical regionalism”. From volumetric point of view we are dealing with a composition in which powerful volume, counterbalanced by equally strong vertical tower constitute the main volume of the background that gives the key to reading the architecture. The composition reminds us about the evolution of this program along history.
