In the workers quarter center, the 4 functions identified are: cultural (2 theaters), leisure (park), housing (apartment buildings) and commercial (the ground floor of the appartment buildings). In 1953, on the occasion of Youth Festival (The Third World Congress of Youth and IV World Festival of Youth and Students held from 25 July to 16 August), the park is rearranged and an outdoor theater was built here with a capacity of 2000 seats.
